Quick and Easy Corn Casserole

Serves: 10 - 15 servings
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can corn (drained)
- 1 can creamed corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. heavy whipping cream
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter (softened)
- Allow butter to come to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain the can of regular corn and place it in the casserole dish along with all the other ingredients listed above.
- Stir everything together.
- Place the casserole in the oven for 55 - 60 minutes or until the casserole is brown on top.
- Enjoy!
