This quick and easy corn casserole is my most requested recipe to date. Take one bite and you will fall in love with this delicious side dish!
Recipe type: Side Dish
Serves: 10 - 15 servings
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter (softened)
  1. Allow butter to come to room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Drain the can of regular corn and place it in the casserole dish along with all the other ingredients listed above.
  4. Stir everything together.
  5. Place the casserole in the oven for 55 - 60 minutes or until the casserole is brown on top.
  6. Enjoy!
