Pina Colada Fruit Dip
Pina Colada Fruit Dip is the perfect combination of pineapple and coconut flavors. Make this 5 ingredient fruit dip in 5 minutes or less! Top with toasted coconut for the perfect touch.
Recipe type: Appetizer, Dessert
  • 8 oz. can of crushed pineapple (use the fruit and juice)
  • 3.5 oz. French vanilla instant pudding
  • ¾ cup milk (I used skim milk)
  • ½ cup sour cream (I used the light version)
  • ½ tsp coconut extract
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut (optional for garnish)
  1. Combine everything except the toasted coconut in a bowl of an electric mixer and stir until thickened, about 2 - 3 minutes.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. This Pina Colada fruit dip keeps well and can be made the night before.
  3. To add a little bit of fanciness to your dip, add some toasted coconut to the top of it as garnish.
  4. Simply place a non-stick skillet on the stovetop over medium heat. Sprinkle in about two tablespoons of coconut flakes into the dry skillet. There’s no need for cooking spray, oil, etc.
  5. Stir the coconut around until it’s toasted which happens REALLY quickly so don’t leave it unattended!
  6. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top of your dip and you're done!
